Welcome to Turbo IT
What's included with your Turbo IT raffle platform, how the pieces fit together, and what to set up first.
Updated 14 May 20264 min read
You’ve just paid for a Turbo IT Launch tier subscription, and a white-label competition site is now live at your sub-domain on turboit.uk. This doc explains what just happened and the three things to do next.
What you got
- Your raffle site at
<your-slug>.turboit.uk. Eight demo competitions are pre-seeded so it looks alive on day one — replace them with your own when you’re ready. - A dedicated Supabase project for your customer data, orders, tickets, winners. We never co-mingle your data with another tenant.
- Cloudflare Pages hosting on the global edge, fronted by the shared
raffle-tenantsWorker that serves brand-aware HTML. - Two admin areas: the SaaS portal at app.turboit.uk for billing and SaaS-level settings, and your raffle admin at
<your-slug>.turboit.uk/adminfor day-to-day running of the business.
Three things to do today
- Log into your SaaS portal. The welcome email you received contains a magic-link button — that signs you into app.turboit.uk. See Your SaaS Portal for what each section does.
- Open your raffle admin. From the SaaS portal dashboard, click Open raffle admin on your tenant card. That takes you to
<your-slug>.turboit.uk/adminwhere you actually run competitions. See Your Raffle Admin. - Complete the 4-task setup checklist. Cashflows MID, custom domain (optional), brand polish, terms. See The 4-Task Setup Checklist.
How docs are organised
The sidebar on the left groups docs into ten sections. Read them roughly in order if you’re brand new — they’re sequenced from “set up” to “market” to “draw winners” to “pay them out”. Or jump to any topic directly — every doc is self-contained.
We pre-write everything and drip-publish over weeks so the docs surface stays fresh in Google. If a doc you need isn’t up yet, email [email protected]and we’ll bring it forward.
How to get help
- Read this doc set — most operator questions are covered here.
- Email [email protected] for anything not in the docs.
- For urgent production issues (payments down, draws not firing), use the same email and mark the subject
[URGENT].
